Case Synopsis | Nice Blocks is the cool story of two Kiwi guys, Tommy and James, who enter into a mature market by taking advantage of growing consumer demand for artisan foods by offering New Zealand's first organic, ethical ice block. They expand into dairy-free ice cream. Their competitors are big - Fonterra and Unilever. How will this new company compete? |
