Case Synopsis
|
3R Group, founded in 2004, considered themselves “reimagineers – combining imagination and science to repurpose waste.” “Repurpose waste” was another way of saying that the 3R team saw other people’s waste as an opportunity to make money for themselves, add value to the companies that generated the
waste and give life to the vision, “live well and within the limits of the planet.” 3R set an ambitious growth strategy, to double its revenue within three years. In April 2015, the question 3R confronted was how were they going to profitably achieve their growth strategy?"
