Case Synopsis | As the winds of creative destruction* raged in the dairy sector, one company looked to take advantage - Waikato Milking Systems. With two thirds of their business in New Zealand and highly vulnerable to global dairy prices the CEO Dean Bell knew that the greatest opportunity lay in internationalising the business. With world-leading innovation in large scale rotary milking systems, a technology best suited to an increasingly consolidated market, Bell saw a bright future. |
