Company Name | ![]() Zuru Toys |
Case Synopsis | From origins in a Cambridge farm shed in 2004, Zuru had ridden meteoric growth to become a China-based business with revenues of NZ$500m and climbing by 2017. Siblings Matt, Nick and Anna Mowbray still ran the business employing 3300 staff and distributing award winning toys to 121 countries. Having gained global scale, the Mowbrays felt ready to make a quantum leap in how they operated. “The sky is the limit in terms of where we can go and we don’t feel like that future only has to be about toys either,” reflected Anna. |
