Booking a student support or Language & Learning Support appointment


  1. Click on MSC Bookings under Quick Links from your My Web page. This will bring up the booking system.

  2. Select the type of appointment you require and click on GO. This will then bring up the calendar of appointments showing the days and times that are available.
  3. Select the day you wish to make your appointment for by clicking on the day on the calendar showing on the top-left corner.
  4. Then select an available time to make your appointment. You will then be asked to enter either your ID number or your user-name, your phone number and your reason for making the appointment.
  5. You must enter your phone number and a reason for making the appointment or you will not be able to see a staff member.
  6. Click on Create Appointment.
  7. This will bring up a page of instructions that you need to complete before your appointment.
  8. Read the terms and conditions page, click on I Agree and your appointment will be made for you. 
    The appointment cannot be made without clicking I Agree.


If you wish to cancel your appointment you may do so by clicking on the Red Cross X by your appointment time and name.

Confirmation of your appointment will be emailed to you.
